I have set a dusting schedule to keep my ends as healthy as possible. Was unhappy with the ends so trimmed them, DUH! and Voila!! Healthier, neater looking hair waiting for healthier length. Don't be afraid, Ladies, it grows back, and then some! ;-) Great YT videos on trim/dust Nap85, Sistawithrealhair, XGoldN made me less shaky 'bout doing it. Revelation today!! I was almost going to stop taking it but I decided to just give it another week. It eventually cleared up (thank God) but it was awful for a minute. I agree with increasing the water intake.
